Champagne Delamotte, the prestigious Champagne house with a rich history of crafting exceptional champagnes, announced its exciting collaboration with two of their appointed distinguished Malaysia Culinary Influencers: Chef Kim Hock Su from the acclaimed 1-star MICHELIN Restaurant - Au Jardin, Penang and Chef Satoshi Uehara from the MICHELIN Selected Restaurant - USHI, Kuala Lumpur. Both culinary virtuosos curated a one-of-a-kind Champagne Delamotte pairing four-hand menu, organised by Dajin Food & Beverages, which promised an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Their mastery of flavours, ingredients, and presentation is undoubtedly leaving an indelible mark on the world of gastronomy in Malaysia.

For the November 2023 Champagne Delamotte pairing four-hand menu, guests had the opportunity to savour a delectable selection of exceptional fusion modern European fare and Japanese cuisines expertly paired well with Champagne Delamotte's exquisite cuvées, which include their renowned Brut, Blanc de Blancs NV, Rosé, and Blanc de Blancs 2014.
