Champagne Delamotte, the prestigious Champagne house with a rich history of crafting exceptional champagnes, announced its exciting collaboration with two of their appointed distinguished Malaysia Culinary Influencers: Chef Kim Hock Su from the acclaimed 1-star MICHELIN Restaurant - Au Jardin, Penang and Chef Satoshi Uehara from the MICHELIN Selected Restaurant - USHI, Kuala Lumpur. Both culinary virtuosos curated a one-of-a-kind Champagne Delamotte pairing four-hand menu, organised by Dajin Food &amp; Beverages, which promised an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
